Currently, JDM Asset Management administers a vast portfolio across the U.S. with some
smaller positions in Canada and Mexico. The transactions encompass all asset types and
classes in Joint Venture Equity, Preferred Equity, Mezzanine and Bridge Financing and Mini
Perm type structures.
JDM has three distinct funds. Our funds are opportunistic such that we are willing to review
higher risk tranches and take first loss positions along with direct equity risk. Our
underwriting criteria is keenly gauged to the protection of investor capital.
